After reading my blog, you may have noticed I'm a girl who enjoys a cocktail. While I've been known to overindulge every now and again, I'm not one to love a sloppy night or the aches that accompany the next morning.
In 2008, I did a semester in Spain where I was officially introduced to life as a wine-o. While I've strayed away from the beverage lately, I've decided to educate myself on the subject of wine in efforts to grow my love. I found this print on pinterest a while back, and I'm absolutely fascinated.

It's interesting to see what wines I already prefer in relation to one another. Apparently I'm a fruity red girl who loves anything with cherry notes. My go-tos are Pinot Noir (california's especially), Cabernet Sauvigon, Tempranillo, and Cotes du Rhone.
If you're not a wine person, sorry for this post, but if you are, what do you think? Do you have a favorite type of wine?
I'm thinking this poster would be great for a tasting dinner party. You could explore fortified wines for a night or even better... sparkling wine.
I love this.

Ummm I love that print. I'm a self proclaimed wino as well :) My fave red is Cabernet and fave white is Pinot Grigio!
I tend to drink reds, I used to love cabernet but now I often drink pinot noir.
If it's white, it's sauvignon blanc.
I love pinot noir and cabernet. Also enjoy prosecco and sauv blanc!
I love wine, but I'm admittedly not very educated about it. This is great!
I really like this post! I don't know too much about wine, nor am I very educated about the types, but I do know a few that I really enjoy. Now I know which other ones to try to be more adventurous :) Thank you!
nice! i love wine but i really know nothing about it. i'd love to learn more though - this would be a fun poster to refer back to.

I. Love. This. I'm a HUGE fan of wine! I might steal your idea of having it printed out :) Also, pinning immediately!

Love this! #DCcallie
You popped up on Twitter as someone I should follow (so I did) and then I found my way over here. So happy I did! I like to think of myself as a wine-o but I don't really know all that much about wine sooo I guess I really should try and learn something! ;) Thanks for sharing!
This is great!!! I think I'll read this very carefully!
Hello perfect poster! I love this - and I seriously need to get one for a tasting party - good idea!

I heart wine, but I prefer whites these days. Especially ones that sparkle. Mmm.
My husband is the beverage manager at a local country club, which means I get the distinct honor of trying new wines for the club. We went to Napa last year on a business trip and are going back next month. We're also scheduled to go to Oregon wine country in the fall. I used to be a Pinot girl, but now I'm liking full bodied Cabs. I also LOVE champagne and sparkling wines. My favorites are Veuve Cliquot, La Marca Prosecco, and Chandon Blanc de Noir.
This is pretty awesome! I'm not a big wine drinker, but I do love my moscato. I'll have to check out other varieties that are similar.
I haven't lived in any of these places but I have visited Atlanta and it is great. What a fun new adventure for you. I absolutely love your blog! I will definitely be following you on Bloglovin/GFC/etc. Be sure to hop on over to Lynn and Lou for a wonderful Giveaway!

I am a sweet white girl and loving this chart!!
What a cool print! Would look awesome in the kitchen!
This is fantastic and I think you need a print of this above your wine rack. I love to try wine, but I am super bad with names, so I NEVER EVER remember what I have tried!
